Yes, the Trailair Fifth Wheel Air-Ride Coupler # UF35-946208 can be used with a gooseneck adapter. The air spring in the 5th Airborne pin box helps to reduce the effects of vertical and horizontal shock. This pin box is a direct replacement for the Leland 7920 and 7921 pin boxes.
