Will Replacement Key for UWS Toolboxes KEYCH507 Fit Gem Truck Canopy with Same Lock Code

Question:

I have a Truck Canopy made by Gem Top and lost the key to the lock. The lock cylinder says CH507. Will this key work?

UWS tool boxes are part of the Thule Group and their replacement tool box key # KEYCH507 should work just fine for your Gem truck canopy since up until 2012 Thule had a direct business relationship with Gem. I confirmed this with my contact at Thule.

The first time you insert the key it may have a snug fit in the lock. Sometimes a gentle tap will help get the key fully inserted.

The keys are sold singly so you may want to order a couple to have extras on hand.
