Troubleshooting Draw Tite Hitch for a 2015 Mazda 3 That Wont Fit between Tailpipes

Question:
Cant get the hitch to fit inside the dual exhaust pipes. Any suggestions?

The Draw Tite Hitch part # 24914 is designed to fit inside the two tail pipes like what you see in the picture I attached. What most likely happened is your hitch got slightly bent in shipping and that is what is causing the interference. As long as the hitch isn't creased, paint is flaking, or other wise visibly distressed you would want to apply controlled force to the hitch to bend it back in shape.
The other possibility is that your vehicle may have been involved in an accident that bent the pipes.
