We have just what you need. For a roof rack for your 2013 Honda Fit I would recommend the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK154 as it is a confirmed fit for your vehicle, has a great price, and would do well to carry your kayak.
For a kayak carrier then to fit the rack I would recommend the Thule Hull a Port part # TH834.
