The wiring colors on vehicles can vary from different vehicle years, makes and models. To determine which wire is the reverse light wire on your 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan you will need to use a circuit tester, part # PTW2993 to determine the wire function. You will need someone to assist you in this process.
Have someone turn the key of your 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan to the on position so that there is power to the vehicle, the engine does not need to be running. Then, have them engage the emergency brake and the foot brake and then shift the vehicle into reverse. Then, you can use a circuit tester to test the wire functions using a circuit tester, part # 3808.
I have linked a video on circuit testing below that may be helpful.
