Expert Reply:
The 17-foot, 9-inch length of your 2007 Bayliner will be fine with the Classic Accessories DryGuard Waterproof Boat Cover # CA20085 so you'll just want to measure the boat's beam (width at the widest point) to confirm it does not exceed the 98-inch maximum for the cover. It will fit fine with your windshield.
If you find you need a slightly larger cover you can use DryGuard cover # CA20086 which fits boats up to 19-feet long and up to a 102-inch beam.
The DryGuard material is a 300-denier woven polyester fabric (PVC-free) that has a polyurethane coating and taped seams to make it waterproof. It is also resists mildew and UV-radiation.
