What does it mean by semi? Also wanting to verify that the installation kit part#C16306-204 will work for a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 64inch bed without eco Diesel engine.

However, since your 2015 Ram 1500 with a short bed isn't compatible with the standard L-bracket fifth wheel rail universal brackets custom brackets needed to be made.
