We have the Thule Aero bars already...will this INXS150 work with the Thule bars?

I have a solution for you, but the INNO Feet part # INXS150 that you referenced would not work with Thule Aeroblade crossbars.
You would need the part # TH710401 which is designed to fit the raised rails of your 2016 Toyota 4Runner. The recommended crossbars are the part # TH711420.
