Expert Reply:
We do indeed sell the hardware kit for the Curt # 13085 hitch for a 2002 Ford Windstar. You'd want to order our replacement hardware kit, part # RHK. On the product page, there's a field where you can input the hitch part number, 13085 and a drop down menu where you can choose the hitch manufacturer, which is Curt.
The kit contains the following:
1 Fishwire tool for 1/2 inch bolt
6 1/4 inch x 1 inch x 2-1/2 inch square hole spacer plates
6 1/2-13 x 1-3/4 Carriage bolts
6 Hex Flange Nuts for 1/2 inch bolts
