Question:
Are the CTM1200 mirrors suitable for an eight foot wide Trailer pulled by a 2004 GMC Safari? If not what do you recommend?

Expert Reply:
Yes, the item you selected, Longview Custom Towing Mirrors for 2004 GMC Safari, part # CTM1200, will work well for towing your 8 foot wide trailer. I recommend these mirrors because they fit directly over your factory mirrors.
I would also recommend using a mirror for the blind spot of your vehicle that will help you when turning and changing lanes. I would recommend the Hot Spot Mirror 3-3/4 inch Round Convex Stick On, part # 49304, because it is adjustable and will stick directly to your factory mirror.
