I have a 35foot travel trailer - Palomino Solaire the tires are only about 3inch apart will this product work

The Camco Premium Locking Wheel Stop # CAM44662 that you referenced can work on tandem setups where the tires are between 3 and 10 inches apart. If you can verify that you have at least 3 inches you would be fine.
The part # UF21-001091 can fit between tires that have at least 1 inch between them so this would be the alternative for if you don't have enough for the Camco setup.
