Question:
Please help me find the correct wire harness for a 2007 Passat Wagon, 4motion, with parking sensors. I was told that I needed a Westfalia or Jaegen harness with VW OEM specs so to avoid wrecking the car computer.

We have Tow Ready 4-pole wiring harness # 119250KIT for your 2007 Volkswagen Passat Wagon assuming you have the LED tail lights. This harness is a powered ModuLite type that isolates and protects the car's wiring from any shorts or other faults in the trailer's wiring. It draws the actual power to operate the trailer lights not through the car's internal wiring but through a separate 12V power wire you connect to the battery.
A helpful article on installing this type of harness is linked for you along with the written instructions.
