Question:
I am interested in the hitch attachment for the 2005 Honda Accord. Do you know if the Accord comes standard with a wiring harness for a trailer? Thanks.

The 2005 Honda Accord would not come standard with a trailer wiring harness. In addition to the 24787 hitch, you will need a few more items to complete the towing setup.
First, you will need a ball mount. Ball mounts are inserted and pinned into the hitch and provide the platform for the hitch ball. The proper ball mount for your 2005 Honda Accord with the hitch you were looking at is part # 3592. Check the trailer you will be towing and find out what ball size you need. Make sure the ball you choose has a 3/4 inch diameter shank.
You will need a pin and clip like part # PC2 or a locking pin like part # e98879 that will secure the ball mount to the hitch.
Finally, you will need a trailer wiring harness. Part # 118302 will fit your 2005 Honda Accord. It is designed to plug into a set of trailer harness connectors that Honda provides behind an access panel. It is a very straight-forward install.
I would also encourage you to consult the owners manual to determine the towing capacity of the vehicle, which could possibly be lower than the capacity of the hitch. You will need to abide by the lowest capacity.
I have added links below to the parts I recommended as well as the instructions for the hitch and wiring harness. I have also linked you to video showing the hitch being installed.
