I have a solution for you, but the Longview The Original Custom Towing Mirror, Slide-On # CTM3100A is not confirmed to fit your 2007 Dodge Durango. They are not confirmed to fit any Durango past the 2000 model year.
The towing mirror I recommend for you are the K-Source Universal Towing Mirror, Clip-On # KS3891. This extra-large towing mirror will mount to your Durango's factory mirror on either side of the vehicle to help extend your line of sight. The ratcheting system provides a snug fit that helps reduce mirror vibration. K-Source's universal fit mirror will fit most factory mirrors between 4-1/2 inches to 11-1/2 inches tall. I have attached a review video of this mirror on a similar vehicle as your Durango for you.
