After installing the hitch, would a ground clearance of the vehicle change? Thanks you

The ground clearance may be reduced some, not much. It depends on whether or not something under the vehicle sits lower. The hitch should not stick down so far as to make going over curbs a problem I have added a link to the instructions below that will give you a good idea of where the hitch mounts.
