Expert Reply:
Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75128 for your 2003 Jeep Liberty uses M12 (12mm) bolts that thread into the matching M12 weldnuts inside the frame of the vehicle. The hardware comes with the hitch but if you need replacement hardware for the hitch use # RHK. Just enter the hitch number and manufacturer where indicated on the RHK page to get the correct hardware. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.
