Lightweight Platform Bike Rack Recommendation for 1-1/4 inch Hitch

Question:
How much does this rack weigh? I'm trying to find a light weight bike rack for a 1 1/4 inch hitch. I have to be able to handle it.

Platform bike racks are pretty heavy for the most part. That being said, the Thule DoubleTrack part # TH92BJ only weighs in around 32 lbs which is impressive, considering this is a high-quality, extremely sturdy, US-made platform bike rack.
