We can get you the items you need to go along with your Falcon 2 tow bar and Even Brake system to get your 2007 Honda CR-V ready for flat towing. A good starting point is a review of your CR-V owner's manual to see if Honda recommends any special preparation steps or if certain versions are excluded from flat towing.
You may also care to review the linked article that covers each of the components required for safe and legal flat towing. These include the tow bar, safety cables, a wiring/lighting kit, and base plates and a supplementary braking system, such as your Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400, and a breakaway kit for the towed car.
The base plate I recommend is the Roadmaster # RM-521559-4. You will want to use a replacement support bar for the Falcon 2, part # 910021-00. Since you already have safety cables you can skip that expense. For wiring you can use the Hopkins custom-fit harness # HM56300 along with fuse bypass kit # RM76511. This harness has a 4-pole flat type connector. If you want to wire the CR-V harness to match the MH you can use a kit like # BX88254.
For a replacement breakaway use parts # RM-650898 and # RM-8603. I suggest you not re-use the old unit.
Often a high/low hitch adapter is also required to keep your tow bar level. A page showing all such adapters is linked for you. Ideally the tow bar will be perfectly level but it can be as much as 3-inches over or under level.
