I am missing a step pad on the running boards of my 1999 F-250 Ford Crewcab Diesel Truck. The pad seems to measure about 3X19.5 inches and have 2 mounting holes. I need 1 pad and mounting clips with directions for install.

The Westin step pads for their nerf bars are going to have more than 2 mounting holes. Based on the measurements you have provided replacement pad # 25-0001 is the best match. It mounts in 4 holes. The barrel slips are included.
Installation is easy. Remove the old pad and clips. Put the new clips on the mounting posts on the bottom of the pad. Press the pad (posts with clips on them) into the holes on the top of the bar. I would also step on it a few times to make sure it is fully seated.
