The 2016 4.6L V8 comes only with the hitch and not the intreated brake controler.Is it prewired to install a brake controller? plug in with adapter Thanks,

Yes, your 2016 Toyota Tundra that has a factory 7-way installed at the rear of it is pre-wired for a brake controller. To install our best selling P2 brake controller part # 90885 all you would need is the install harness part # 3031-P which has been confirmed as a fit for your truck.
To see where the harness is located check out the install instructions link I attached. You will need to remove the panel to the right of your steering wheel to access it.
