Starting with a trailer side 7-Way connector you can use # H20042 which is 3 feet long. It doesn't have to be long though because it is going to the junction box. Speaking of junction boxes you can use # 38656. I have included a picture showing how it can be wired up and a video showing installation to the right.
For the rest of the wiring you can use # DW04914-1 which is sold by the foot. So if you needed 20 feet you would enter 20 into the quantity box. And for ring terminals you can use # 44-5310A. You also might be interested in wire frame clip # 464600 or loom clamp # A0250 to support the new wiring.
