I would like to add a remote mount oil/transmission cooler to my 2016 f150. It has 4 wheel drive and the 3.5 Eco boost engine. What cooler and fitting would need for this

For a remote mount transmission and oil cooler for your 2016 Ford F-150 I recommend a model that has its own fan such as # D15200. Models that do not have their own fan would have to be mounted where they can get air flow so they can't be remote mounted.
In addition to the cooler assembly # D15200 I also recommend oil cooler installation kit # D15752 and transmission cooler install kit # D13006. There aren't any special fittings that you would need for your 2016 Ford F-150.
