I will get ahold of Fulton to gather some dimension information. In the meantime, when the trailer is level, what is the measurement from the ground to the top of the trailer frame?

The particular part number you were originally looking a, is designed to be a replacement once you already have had one of these jacks installed. It does not come with any sort of mounting hardware. We do have two versions of the F2 that comes with mounting hardware, the Bolt-On Application is part # F1413020134 and the Weld-On Application part # F1413060334. They measure 24-1/4 inches from the ground to the top of the mounting bracket. It would be close but it should be enough height to get the coupler above the ball. To make sure, you could use the Weld-On version and instead of mounting the top of the bracket flush with the top of the trailer frame, you could mount it so that the bottom of the bracket is flush with the bottom of the trailer frame to give a bit more lift.
