Question:
I was looking for 1994 GMC Sierra trailer wiring harness with 4 pole flat trailer connector. I can only find the it for 1994 GMC c/K series pickup on your website will this work on the Sierra also?

Expert Reply:
In 1994 the Sierra was just a trim level of the C/K series GM trucks. It wasn't until 1999 that the Sierra started to take the place of the C or K designation and that transition was complete in 2000. For a trailer wiring harness that will fit your truck I recommend the Tow Ready harness # 118315. It plugs in line with the vehicle tail light wiring. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you. A mounting bracket such as # 18144 is also recommended.
