Ladder Rack for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab with Factory Track System

Question:
My truck has the factory adjustable cargo rails on the inside of the bed? Is this rack compatible without any altercation? Also which Roof rack would you recommend to go along with this bed rack? And are there any bed covers compatible with a bed rack?

Yes, the Thule Xsporter Pro ladder rack # TH500XT-XK3 comes with special mounting brackets that utilize the factory track system in your 2016 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab. I have included a picture showing the bracket. You can see the square part that fits in the channel of the track system.
There isn't a custom roof rack that will fit your truck but you could use # DTA968 as a temporary solution.
There are no tonneau covers that will work with the ladder rack because the ladder rack clamps will be in the way. The same issue affects all the ladder racks for your truck.
