The Hopkins Heavy-Duty Trailer Coiled Wire Adapter 7-Way to 5-Way and 4-Way Flat, # HM47025, is only available in a 3 feet length.
I have the RoadMaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit, # RM-146-7, that is 8 feet long, but you would need to remove the 6-pole plug and attach the Hopkins Wiring Harness with 5-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - Vehicle End - 5' Long Item # HM37908, to give you a 5-Flat vehicle end or the Tow Ready 4-Flat Vehicle End Harness, # 18002, to give you a 4-Flat vehicle end.
The wires on the 5 pole flat are as follows:
White/ground
Brown/taillights
Yellow/left turn and stop
Green/right turn and stop
Blue/electric brakes
The 4-pole flat does not have the blue wire for electric brakes. Any wires that are not needed can be taped up out of the way.
