Question:
I just installed your poplck on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma and we have ran into a problem. The tailgate and my whole vehicle will unlock with the remote no problem. But we have ran into the problem that it wont lock. Now its not just the tailgate that wont lock its my whole truck that wont lock with the remote. I can do it manually inside with the unlock and lock button I just cant do it with my remote. I was seeing what you guys can suggest for me to do so my remote lock will work again. Thank you

I spoke with my contact at Pop and Lock and he said that when people have issues like what you described it's typically that they are trying to lock their vehicle with the remote with the truck's door left open.
If the power locks on your truck are working fine there's no reason the remote would stop working based on the install of the # PAL8521.

The solenoid worked fine for about 30 days. Now it will not unlock. I have checked all wiring connections and they all seem to look fine. Power locks on the tuck work as they should.
