Activator iv what is the .9 code when you first put on the prake and then it stops.thanks

The Draw-Tite Activator IV brake controller # 5504 will show the sync display with a trailer connected, brake pedal pushed, and sync control activated so that could be what you are seeing. It could also be the gain display which shows what the power level is set to. I have included a link to the manual for this controller for you with additional information.
Is the controller applying the trailer brakes like it should? If you suspect that there could be something wrong then there are ways to test and troubleshoot a brake controller. I have included some links that cover the testing and troubleshooting procedures for you.
