When you install the Curt hitch onto your 2015 Ford Edge Sport you will either need to remove or trim the lower appearance panel to complete the install.
The crosstube will be visible like what is shown in the install picture I attached.
If you wanted a hitch that doesn't have a visible crosstube you would instead want the part # 75234 which has also been confirmed as a fit for your vehicle.
