Im not sure if this bracket will fit my grill guard. Chevy silverado 00 LS. 5.3L. The grill guard has tree holes in the bottom, like in a triangle

The thing about the Westin Sportsman grille guards is that they and the hardware kits are both made to be vehicle specific. So if you have a grille guard from a different vehicle there isn't a way to adapt it to your 2000 Chevy Silverado.
If you have a part # 40-0185 grille guard then the correct install hardware would be the part # 40-185PK that you referenced.
Based on the picture you submitted it does not look like you have a compatible grille guard for your truck and would need to go with the # 40-0185.
