We offer a replacement 4-pole flat trailer wiring harness for the 2015 Kia Sedona that has the factory tow package connectors. Curt harness # C56256 plugs in behind the underbody panel on the rear driver's-side corner as shown in the linked video. You will make two plug-in connections at this OEM wiring, install the supplied 10-amp fuse and mount the converter box using the included double-sided tape. This 4-pole trailer connector will then provide stop, turn and taillight signals to your trailer.
For a hitch I suggest the Curt # C13115 because it has the same 400-lb tongue weight capacity as the other hitches but costs less. An installation video for this hitch is linked for you along with the instructions and a helpful article with hitch installation tips. The required mounting hardware is included. You'll need mostly basic hand tools but a torque wrench like # ALL944001 will also be required to tighten all of the fasteners to the values shown in the instructions. The hitch installs without any drilling.
Towing will also require a ball mount with the correct amount of height rise or drop to keep your trailer level when hitched to your Sedona. The recommended ball mount for your car is part # C45230 but if you need a different amount of rise or drop just refer to the linked article for guidance in selecting a ball mount.
For a hitch ball use either 1-7/8-inch ball # C40051, 2-inch ball # 40038 or 2-5/16-inch ball # C40007. For a pin and clip to secure the ball mount use part # C21500, or if you want to be able to lock the ball mount to your hitch, part # e98879.
You'll also want to check your owner's manual to confirm the car's towing capacity before you pull any trailer.
