Mini Cooper hardtop 4 doors. I just need to confirm if this part#C11417 fits on my Mini Cooper model.

As long as your 2014 Mini Cooper hardtop has a single exhaust and is not a S series or John Cooper Works, the Curt # C11417 will work great for you. Based on the photo you attached of your Mini Coooper, it looks like the hitch will work well for you.
I have attached the installation instructions for the hitch for you.
Curt's warranty does require all non-trailer loads to be supported by a stabilization strap, # 18050.
