The Hopkins # 41405 Trailer Wiring Harness is compatible 2002-2007 models of the Buick Rendezvous, so it will fit both the 2002 and the 2006 model.
The harness will connect to the factory plug located behind the bumper, under the taillight on the driver's side as shown in the video I've linked for you. You'll want to use a mounting bracket like # 18144. If there's not a good solid metal attachement point for the bracket (you don't want to drill directly into your hitch) you can use a no-drill bracket like # 18140.
