The Curt bumper mounted receiver part # E-100 will serve that purpose. The receiver itself provides a 3500 lb towing/ 350 lb tongue weight capacity. This assumes that the 4 inch bumper on your RV has sufficient capacity to safely tow the towing/tongue weight of your boat and trailer. I would recommend checking with the RV manufacturer regarding the capacity of the bumper if it is not mentioned in the owners manual.
