Does the 1109-200 fit this motorhome? I know the spreader bar does not fit, and the sway bar 1109-116 does not fit.

Yes, the Roadmaster Sway Bar kit part # RM-1109-200 would fit your 2002 Winnebago Sightseer P32. Since the # RM-1109-116 does not fit that would indicate that you have the widetrack body which is what the # RM-1109-200 is designed to fit.
