I need items to use the ski box we already have. What can i mount that will be least amt of noise? Cross bars and mounting kit both needed. Thank you

For your 2015 Volvo XC60 with the flush side rails you can use a Thule AeroBlade Edge roof rack, # TH7602-TH7603 with fit kit 4006. These are going to be the quietest bars and also produce less drag for a lower impact on gas mileage.
The AeroBlade Ege bars are 3-1/8 inches wide and 1-1/8 inches tall so you can use those dimensions to determine if the cargo box hardware will fit around the bars.
If the box hardware will not fit the above bar dimensions then you can go with a SquareBar roof rack using load bars # TH712200 or Wingbar # TH711220, foot pack # TH710601, and fit kit # TH186015. Square bars actually produce less noise than round bars, but are still noisier than aero bars. Also there are more accessories designed to fit square bars than any other shape.
