Question:

Just purchased a couple of Yakima tire tubes however I have gone all over town with no luck as to anyone that can do the actual replacement. My last option is going to a motocycle shop but do you guys have any advice?

A motorcycle shop should have no problem replacing the inner tubes of your Rack and Roll Trailer part # Y08106 with new ones like part # Y8880283.

Sounds like you may have went to bicycle shops already. These tire setups are more like motorcycle setups than anything else so they should have no problem.
