Since the # KHR13858E is a 13 inch rotor you would need to use 16 inch or larger trailer wheels with 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt patterns like the # AM20794 which has a pilot diameter of 4.9 inches.
I went out to our warehouse to measure this hub and found that the pilot diameter of a wheel would need to be 4-3/4 inches to fit on this hub.
