Does this bar replace the factory bar? Or is it used with the factory bar?

sway control for 2004 gulf stream independence 33 ft 24000# and a performance chip device for same with f550 chassie with ford v-10. make me a deal please. so i can afford some kind of retirement. im 67 and if to costly either i wont beable to afford to travel but if my lady finds out it wont matter as i will be DOA.
