Question:
How can I tell what size pad that will work on my nerf step bars my pad is 20inch by 3 1/8inch or model the one that you are showing has the right design for the name on the top of the pad

Based on the picture you submitted it looks like you have the part # 25-0001 that you referenced.
The dimensions we have for this pad are slightly shorter than what you gave us, but I can almost guarantee what you need is the part # 25-0001.
