Can I use this rack with my blue ox sway control ? The brackets were I hook my chains are set at 29 inches center to the center of the ball?

The design of the mounting brackets on the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # CC-255 allows for the use of weight distribution brackets. The brackets and the upright arms are adjustable in width so that you can position the mounts of the cargo tray around the frame brackets of your WD system.
