Will this hitch fit my 2005 E55 with dual exhaust.

There will be no issue with the dual exhaust on your 2005 Mercedes E-Class sedan and the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch # C11701. This hitch does require drilling for installation. I have attached installation instructions for you.
If you are planning on doing some light-weight towing, the ball mounts recommend for use with the # C11701 hitch are # C45562, # C45017, and # C45561.
For trailer wiring, you will want to see your local Mercedes-Benz dealer.
