I recommend the Curt Ball Mount # C45338. This ball mount offers a 7 inch rise, which will put you within an inch of level. This ball mount will fit 2 inch hitch receivers and has a gross towing capacity of 10,000 pounds and a tongue weight capacity of 1,000 pounds.
In order to have an 8 inch rise with a high enough towing capacity, you will want the Convert-a-Ball Adjustable-Height Ball Mount # TK5007. This adjustable ball mount has a maximum rise of 9 inches. The gross towing weight capacity of the ball mount is 5,000 pounds and maximum tongue weight is 500 pounds.
I have attached a help article on how to choose the correct ball mount.
