Im looking at the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Crossbars - 49inch Long - Black Custom DK Clamps and Pads for Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack System for my 2008 Mitsubishi lancer is there a accessory for me to carry 2 paddle boards with that rack?

For a paddleboard carrier you would want the Thule SUP Shuttle part # TH811XT that has been confirmed to fit this roof rack.
