RV Holding Tank Adapter that Cleans Holding Tanks with Garden Hose

Does it really work? Will it clean the holding tank? Or is it just a hopeful?

Yes, the Camco Dual Flush Adapter # CAM39072 that you referenced does work. We even had a customer come back and write a review for this product saying that it worked well for them.
Once installed you will be able to use rinse out the holding tank with a garden hose.
