Will the Tiger Shark 11500 SW1511200 fit on the Curt Trailer Hitch Electric Winch Mount Plate C31010? I saw the mount is only rated for 9000. That is fine for me, I would like the heavier 11500 winch if it will fit. Thanks.

Yes, the Superwinch Tiger Shark Series Off-Road Winch # SW1511200 that you referenced will fit the Curt Winch Mount part # C31010 that you also referenced. The winch has more capacity than the mount so you would have to stay under the 9k rating of the mount.
The Curt mount is designed to fit the standard mounting bolt pattern of winches like this Superwinch.
