Which Replacement Wheel Center Cap Is Needed
Updated 08/31/2015 | Published 08/29/2015 >
Question:
I need to replace two of these. I am having difficulty measuring the existing hubs. I cannot tell if I need a 4.90 or 4.82. The trailer wheel has 8 studs. The tire size is LT235/85R16. From this info, can you tell me which hub size is the correct one? Thank you

To figure out what size center cap you'll need, you'll need to measure the wheel's pilot diameter. Since you'll want the measurement to be accurate as possible, using a digital caliper is recommended. If you take a look at the provided photo, I've shown you where to measure.
You'll want to choose center caps designed for your pilot diameter. You can see our selection of center caps by clicking the provided link.
