I have a solution for you, but you would not be able to use a Yakima BikerBar bike rack part # Y01141 with a tonneau cover like the Truxedo LoPro QT # TX569101 that you referenced.
Instead you would want a bike rack that attaches to the floor of the truck bed so that it does not interfere with the cover like the Saris Traps Fork-Block 3 Bike Carrier # SATRK34-BLK3.
