I have a 2015 silverado 4 dr crew cab with a 6.5 foot bed. Please advise with model number thanks

The sliding truck bed ladder rack for your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with a 6.5 bed is part # TH43002XT. This system is made of 6000-series aluminum and has a 1,250 lb weight capacity.
The base rails for the SR system that is designed to fit your truck is part # TH21781.
If additional tie-downs are needed for the ladder rack, I recommend the tie-down loops, part # TH37003XT.
Another option for tie-downs are part # TH25100. These slide along the crossbars of the ladder rack and have quick-release knobs that let you loosen the tie-downs and slide them to the position you want and then secure in place.
