Does this product come with a pin lock to attach to my 1-5/8 inch hitch receiver or will I have to buy one separately?

The Brophy Hitch Adapter, part # HT58 does not come with a hitch pin or lock included. This adapter is not intended to be used for towing or for snow plows, but can work with hitch mounted bike racks and cargo carriers. When using this adapter, you will reduce the tongue weight capacity of the hitch by 50 percent.
For a locking hitch pin I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock, part # e98882. If you are looking for a non-locking hitch pin I recommend part # PC3. This includes the hitch pin and clip.
